About me

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Security and Privacy Engineering (SPRING) Lab at the Max Planck Institute for Security and Privacy (MPI-SP). I received my Dr. rer. nat. from the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. I am also a Co-Initiator and Scientific Advisor of Kausalytics (formerly HuSecMe).

My research focus is on human centered information privacy and security, including human factors in trustworthy Artificial Intelligence (AI).

My work contributes towards this problem space with insights gained using a mixture of qualitative and quantitative methods from human-computer interaction, software and requirements engineering, and social sciences.
